I just looked at my bk7 paper work and my lawyer filed the paperwork on 10/23/97 and the judgment was 11/97. I remember this well cause the atty from the hopsital sent me a letter that he was gonna file suit if i didnt pay so i immediately called my bk atty and he included this when he filed. i even informed the atty for the hospital that this was included with my bk and gave him my atty phone. What will possibly happen with this? any ideas??
