I think that would be a good move, in this case. We all know their verification a usually a sham anyway. They have so many legal "outs," they really don't care what the CA puts on your reports. They can say "they did it, we just reported it." Tthe new interpretation as to who can sue for FCRA violations may help here (FTC sides with consumers!!!!). You might send copies of that article or the actual court decision, to help speed their decision - because I'm sure there are a lot of lawyers eager to try this out and see if it applies to CRA's. Or just plain eager to try this out.
