Yes, send procedure request along with the other info (copies of complaints to AG's). It was probably a "tape verification." That is an electronic update from the CA - using that as verification does not meet the legal definition of verification in the FCRA. Call them on it if that is what they say, and file your amended complaint with the AG's.
