Help with Sears

Linda you are so kind to reply to all those that need help! I have a question for everyone I am trying to settle an account with sears they have sent it to collection a company called RMA. I settled most of my dept for 40 to 50% of the total owed but sears won't seem to budge, I owe $2200.00 they want $1700.00. anyone have any experiance with sears? any ideas would be appreciated thanks guys.
