Sears can be ruthless My cousin filed for a BK and they took back what he had purchased so be careful with them they also report monthly so maybe that is not such a bad deal just see if they will mark your account as PAID AS AGREED or removed with your settlement and ask linda so far she has been by the most helpful enternet person I have seen follow her advice
