Why do you care about Del. since you are in Arizona ?? Unless you are our resident troll with a sex-change operation!
Del. is a State where the SOL for written contracts is SHORTER (3 years) than for open(credit cards and lines of credit) or sale of goods(store credit accounts)4 years for each.The definition of "open accounts" is in the TILA.Some States have even nuttier laws,but I won't go into THAT!
