Unfortunately, no, 4 years hasn't past yet. That won't be until about September of this year. They gave me 60 days to pay 50% of what is owed. So, I should just file the complaints and then wait it out and see if they make anymore violations and see if they do anything after the 2 months are up? So this would be at least 3 violations....failure to provide sufficient legal validation, collection attempt after C&D (and failure to validate) and implyling legal action occurred when it didn't?
