You have a whole truckload of violations here. They are threatening because they can't prove the debt is yours. If they could prove it, they would. A printout proves they have you name in their computer, LOL. I can make a printout and send it to anyone, and say "you owe me....here's my proof. pay up." LOL yeah right.
