My wife received a cert.letter concerning her unpaid credit card balance and a scheduled court date for this civil suit. I believe her $2400 balance was charged off now the company is seeking to collect.
Question is this what typically happens at a hearing such as this. Will a judge set up resonable repayment terms? Wife is upset, afraid she is "off to jail". Live in PA and any help greatly appreciated.....Dan
