Not yet I did call the company CEO at home and had a nice chat with his wife but he did not return my call so I have gone the Linda route and am fighting fire with fire everything return reciept and I will sue them after they fail to respond and I will have the paper trail to prove it also I did file a complaint with the FTC via the net so do not bother calling they suck in my opinion
