Great! I'll definitely be doing that. I was wondering about the countersuing because I remember reading that you have 1 year from the date the violation occurred to file a lawsuit. If they file, I'll countersue them. And the SOL will be up this fall anyway, if no one re-aged the account. If they did, I'm sure that'll be a fight too. : )
