I visited the Mix6 site you suggested. Lots of good info, thanks. Question: regarding time limits on charge offs, if it was reported after 12/97 the seven years applies from the delinquency date. If reported before 12/97 the time begins on the date of charge off.
How do you find that exact date? and... 2 what if they have not charged it off yet or what if they sold the debt? I appreciate your response, thanks!
