interest rate doesnt really matter when considering the state the consumer is in. The state the credit issuer is in is what counts. After that surpreme court ruling, a lot of credit card companies scrambled to Delaware, Ohio and S. Dakota. These states have no interest rate max.
So, if your in TX with max of 21.9...it doesnt matter, your still going to pay 33.9 because the credit card co is in say Ohio!
