I also got a letter fron "CAMCO" Capital Acquisitions & Management Compant, PO BOX 158 Sycamore, Il. 60178 (888) 791-8522. They informed me that they bought citibank account with a last activity of June 6th 1991.I have researched and found the statute of limitations in my state is six years and they really can do nothing about trying to collect on this debt. If I send them a “cease and desist” letter they have to leave me alone. If they continue to harass me I can take them to court and sue for damages of $1000.00. Please correct me if I am wrong.
