Well, National Financial Systems are the ones. Why Chat pointed me to a suit that was filed with FTC regarding their collection practices. I can't even get these people to give me statements of accounts or receipts for monies sent. I am almost half paid off. A new person calls every month asking for more money. Sometimes only days after I wired it. So, after last month when I had some sow call me using foul language and threatening me with physical harm, and to call my HR department, I decided to file a complaint too.They will not agree to our arrangement in writing. Diner's Club is the origional creditor. Have you heard anything about this collection agency? Another site has some people who have had them calling them names such as a**hole,etc. Pretty awful huh?
