Keep ALL your old credit reports.
The ca's are not allowed to "redate"
You will have to challange any "redates"
The "legal" SOL begins when you are FIRST delinquent on your account,unless the account has been redone ,i.e. "brought up to date",transferred to a "new" credit card account with the the same lender,or in any of the many ways that cc companies, and debt management agencies fool you into signing away your legal rights.
