You are NOT "judgement proof".Mass. is a lousy State for debtors. They can garnish your wages,(whatever you earn) the judgement stays active for 20 years,and there will be constant pressure on you from collection agents who will take over from Discover.and make your life miserable for the next 20 years. Declare BK-Chapter 7,get a fresh start.
