I am having a lot of HASSLE with Sears and the LAWYERS they sent me to for collections! They have broken every law there is! I have had medical problems associated with the stress caused, my daughter is in therapy becuase she sees me so upset and sick she thinks I am going to die or we will lose our house! You would think I stole something or I was this horrible criminal. They use the fact that I am a female to intimidate me and threaten me. I finally agreed to a payment plan I cannot afford to avoid the court date from the SUMMONS they sent me! There is NO negotiating with Sears...EVER! Good luck. I know your pain!
