It depends-- how much of a down payment you will be making, who the mortgage is with,what your income is,will someone with good credit and income be co-signing with you,is it an FHA loan? Mortgage lenders care a lot more about those things than they do your "score".Plus a credit scoring system from a mortgage lender is much different than the CRA scores.
