Ok I understand your point the problem for me was getting shot and out of work for 19 months I am now and have been employed for the last 3 yrs with the same business the fellow who shot me is out of jail and living debt free and he has no assets I was able to get 9,500 dollars out of him and a judgement of 150,000 dollars against him he has no money now I need to get my credit in good standing so I will restart a savings account
