Personal information is simple to have deleted from your report. With this type of dispute, I would say just call them up and they will remove it over the phone and it would be off within 24 hours. Any other types of disputes though should be sent through the mail. Get the personal information corrected first though, that way if you have other disputes and they are based on that inaccurate information, it would be harder for them to validate, hence they would come off easier. :o)
