Hello, Linda, Quick question: I signed a stipulation agreement that if I defaulted after ten days of the agreed amount to be paid per month, that a judgment could be entered against me without further notice. I recieved the letters, I contacted and made payments with the legal department. Judgment was entered anyway. Is that possible? The last payment that I made and was received was March 8th, 2001, six days before the judgment was entered with one more payment to go on the default amount that was to be paid on March 15th, yet March 14th turned out to be the judgment. Default is a vague word that is used lightly. If I am making payments, am I still defaulting? I never received judgment papers so I never could file for an appeal. Thanks again...
