Judgments in Cal. are for 10 years,renewable once for an additional 10 years.With the amount of debt involved you can be sure the rest will file also.Once enough have been filed a ca that specializes in collecting judgments will acquire them all. Garnishment is a certainty on any future job,and having a garnishment probability will prevent you from getting hired. If you ever have any assets, (and Cal. being a com. prop. State,this would be any present or future spouse too) they would be attached.See a bk lawyer and file, (if you are eligible)
