I agree with why chat. 90,000? how did that happen? A bankrupcy can free you of the judgement as well. Downside is 10 years of BK on your credit report but based on what you say it's a small price to pay. Hurry and file a chapter 7 before new laws go into effect. A chapter 7 (under current law) will releive you of all debts that you include on it. You don't need a lawyer. A library, bookstore or even the internet can supply you with all the forms you need.
