They do suck and if you are on Chex then you have to bust your ass to get off of them.

Chex is governed by the FCRA. So all the procedures for disputes work the same. The only difference is Chex only reports for 5 years instead of 7. Send all mail return reciept requested. Also Chex always goes by the date the item is reported. It doesnt restart the clock if you pay.

Washington Mutual and Bank of America will open and account if all debtas are paid and more then 1 year old. Bank of America will open and account if unpaid debts are more than 3 years old.

Marketplace Bank uses Equifax to verify new Accounts.
