Net 1st Credit Card

Does anyone know what is going on with Net 1st National Bank? About 6 months ago I got a credit card from them in order to build my credit. It was my last resort. Anyway, yesterday in the mail I received a letter from the FDIC saying that Net 1st has been closed down and they were closing all the accounts, what does this mean???
