hi... this just happened to me as well... except they found me somehow at my new address in my (now) previous married name... they sent me a letter stating i owe well over $4000.00 but they would settle for half of that... glad to know that i dont have to pay for it after so many years... my question is how do i write a cease and desist letter so they will leave me alone?
