Forclosure

I am going to try to explain what happened so stick with me. My wife and I lost a business and were bankrupt. We went to the bank and were convinced to do a deed in lieu of forclosure. Then we moved to another state for work and filed our BK. We included the bank, in our BK, that held our mortgage. In the mean time the bank forclosed on the home and now our report shows that we filed BK on the account and that the home was forclosed on. Is there anything that I can do. The finance manager that we dealt with doesn't work at the bank anymore. Oh, by the way, this happened back in the fall of 1997. Thank you.
