Tell them you don't know where he lives and also tell them that they are violating the FDCPA by harassing you. If you have their address, send them a letter warning them to never contact you again. My relatives kept getting calls from a CA even after they had my number. I sent them a fax warning tham that I will sue them if they were to ever make a single phone call to anyone other than me. They never called again.
