can you tell me how to handle this my 80 year old mother got a collection letter for something that definitely wasnt hers anyway its passed the sol also i told them i was going to send them a cease and deist they said it wont help theyll just sell it to another ca and start the whole process over plus i told them i want validation they said they dont have to they have authorization to verify comments please thanks
