Linda, Have been slowely disputing and today pulled equifax and a new collection showed up Client: Directv Account Number: 3924406 Date Reported: 02/2002 Amount: 110 Balance: 110 Balance Date: 02/2002 Last Activity:01/2002 Date Assigned: 02/2002 Collection Status: UNPAID Whose Account: INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT Collection Agency Information: Nationwide Credit Inc

Marietta,GA 30067-8764 I cancelled the account and thought everything was paid. I got a bill to my surprise in feb for 110.00 i was short pay in feb so i sent 30.00 and figured id pay the balance in march and today the bastards has the above on report. So i called and said hey ill pay the 80.00 for deletion and the manager said they cant do that. i said ive dont it before and he said according to the fed credti reporting act blah blah blah. i said well ill be sending you validation. guy just pissed me off... how can they only sent one bill then right to collection??? need help
