The SOL has nothing to do with your mother's problem. She is a victim of identity fraud.Click on the link below and call the toll-free #. If your mother can do it,it would be best, or you can call, but make sure she is available to talk. Give them as much information as you can and ask for help in checking her credit reports to see what other fraudulent accounts are on there.
