It isnt a visa or mastercard - its a 'credit card' to be used to buy crap out of their catalog - after you pay a fee ($49.99??). If you have bad credit - open a secured account with First Consumers to start with. Credit line = deposit. They do NOT report it as a secured card and they DO report to all 3 credit bureaus.
