Unfortunately, due to a number of reasons that I won't bore you with, my income is currently coming in just fast enough to get the payments in at the last second. My main concern is that some of my payments are being delivered to the p.o. box early on one day, but are not being credited until days later. But you say there are no laws that require a payment to be credited on the day it's delivered? That a creditor can actually ignore the mail for a couple days and "create" late payments and charges?
