Suing a CA

I disputed an account with CRAs and they came back "Verified". I sent validation letter to the CA. In two more weeks, it will be 30 days. If I want to sue them provided they don't send me correct validation, where do I sue? They are in New York state. I am in New jersey. Thanks.
