You have me confused.Do you have a judgement against you at the Court-?? With a court file# ? Or is all you have is a notice of intent to file.If an actual judgment was entered against you,you should have been served legal papers with a notice to appear, and time to respond.Have you checked at the courthouse to see what the rules of service are? What State are you in ?? I do not believe it is possible to file for a judgment and have it entered 10 days later without giving you notice to appear.
