OSI Porfolio Services aka OSI Funds Inc aka Gulfstate Credit is a collection agency. They have numerous dba (doing business as) names but the parent company is OSI Portfolio Services. They are a real pain in the ass to deal with. Search the board - seems like everyone has a problem with them.
