Linda is correct;
You need to see a lawyer to have the judgment vacated,plus filing suit against the Dr. for fraudulent misrepresentation in a legal filing. You were not served,the action was barred by prior contract (the letter) and you and whatever lucky lawyer you pick can get some big $$$ in a lawsuit to recover damages (being turned down for a loan)
