Question for the experts... How does someone go about getting an opinion letter from the FTC like the ones that are referenced on many of the credit help websites? Do they respond to all written requests if you ask them? I would love to have something from the FTC to shove in a CRA or CA 's face the next time they try to tell me the law is something that it isnt. Does anyone know how to go about this?
