I really have no idea. I think if you want to pursue it, try contacting the local bar association, and see what the procedure is. They regulate themselves. Attorneys carry E&O insurance (errors and omissions) that is supposed to pay if they have made a mistake. You don't have to sue, you just have to find out how to file a claim. Linda
