Supreme Court ??
Did you reaffirm,in writing the debts that the judgments were for after your bk?
Do you have your final adjudication and bk discharge documents listing these debts and referencing the judgments by case #.
Your real estate attorney is not in a position to help you,his specialty is real estate law.
If your bk papers are in order, and you did not reaffirm the debts, and your "old" bk lawyer wn't help, call the bk court, speak to the clerk's office, ask ifthey have anyone there (public assistance bk lawyer/consumer advocate etc. ) to help. If not, go see a lawyer who specializes in credit/debt problems for removal of the judgments, and possible legal action against the creditors.See if you can file an affadavit, or bond for settlement for your real estate closing.
