Hi Thanks for repling.

The new attorney says it would be a long drawn out process to clear this by the supreme court. He said would take lots of money to clear up etc.

He is my refinace lawyer so I really dont expect him to do too much at this time. We are trying to get this closing wrapped up and the only thing holding us back is these old debts.
