Just send the collection agencies a demand letter. Tell them you have already paid, you have proof of it and the original creditor has a record of it, that they have 30 days to remove this from your reports, and make sure it never comes back, or you will sue them for defamation of credit.

Don't send them your proof. Never send these people anything. If your proof was cancelled checks, you could end up seeing money EFT'd out of you account!! They think they are above the law. Save it for later, in case you really need it.
