MY IMPOSSIBILITY TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT IN THE U.S.A!

J'm an Italian man resident in U.S.A.(Montana).So far j strove hard to open a checking account in the U.S.A.,but unfortunately all my attempts have been vain! All my applications have been declined so far and j would be very grateful to you if you would list me accomodating banks offering online banking disposed to open a checking account to me without too problems.Unfortunately j have no credit history and only an individual taxpayer ID number since at this time j can't have a social security number and this creates problems to me. Could you let me know a think? If a have a relative in the U.S.A. or a friend is it possible for him to open a checking account in my name?
Excuse me but j have been residing in the U.S.A only for one year and don't know well your bank regulations!
