Unreported Account

I have a credit card with First USA since 2000. I have perfect payment record on this card. Never carry balances. Pay it the day I get the bill. None of my three credit reports have a tradeline on this card!

I asked First USA why and they tell me they have been reporting this card from the beginning. They claim the bureaus aren't reporting it. I asked Experian and they tell me they report everything that is given to them. I don't know who is responsibile.

Is it possible for bureaus not to report accounts that were updated by the creditors? Do the CRAs have limits on number of accounts they would report, from the same creditor? I made a written request to FIrst USA to update my file with this account information. They claim that they did so on March1st. Nothing so far in my Experian. What do I do?
