Here's what it states on the Circuit City contract under terms and conditions.

"Georgia and federal law will govern this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, you waive (any right of venue and personal jurisdiction and agree that all legal actions between you and us may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the STATE OF GEORGIA, county of Cobb." What does that mean to you?
