I am posting this AGAIN for those who are to lazy to read the back posts and for newcomers. Federal law ALWAYS supercedes State laws. The "laws of State of incorporation" stuff printed on credit agreements ONLY refers to those laws of that State that are not covered by,or in conflict with FEDERAL LAW.
