I beleive that in alot of the posts, consult your attorny is mentioned. Although there is a ton of good information here. When dealing with Legal issues find a lawer that specializes in credit law. Some may even give a free consultaion. Alot of the advice here is given as a recommendation. Talk to you lawyer to see if it applies.
