Do not call anyone. Everything in writing, certified return receipt. It's a pain but it's necessary. Write them both, tell the you dispute this debt, you never had a delinquent bill with ConEd. Tell the they will have to prove this debt is real, and they will have to prove that it is yours, or they ust remove their entry from you credit report. Linda
