Your negative comments to individuals questioning the true laws regarding the Statute of limitations is uncalled for. Why CHat, 1692 doesn't apply in this case. With regards to federal law under terms and conditions that reference is geared to bankruptcy. As someone that worked in the collection business for 17 years. I'm very well versed in the Slo. To determine the SOL you need to look at your original terms and conditions. This is a legal contract that clearly spells out which jurisdiction applies. It's very obvious the both of you have some sort of bizzare hidden agenda.. Stop saying the sky is falling.
